Machine Model: REGC_A
Following checks and corrections are applied during Validation and AutoCorrection.
- If LVPL1 < 0 then LVPL1 = 0.0 per unit. We will ignore all low voltage power logic and treat model as though Lvplsw = 0.
- If Td < 4*TimeStep then Td = 4*TimeStep, and if Td > 0.2 then Td = 0.2

VLim |
Inside the network boundary equations, as voltages increases and reaches this threshold, additional reactive current is modeled to maintain an algebraic solution voltage at this threshold. This is intended to model very fast control that prevents over-voltage in this device. |
|
LVPnt1 |
Inside the network boundary equations this is the voltage at which the real power current begins dropping from the controlled Ip value in the block diagram. LVPnt1 and LVpnt0 do not represent any control, but instead are part of the numerical calculation of the network boundary equations. Use LVPLSW=1 and parameters LVPL1, Xerox, Brkpt, and Tfltr to model low voltage current control. Or for more precision use the REEC_* models with appropriate piece-wise linear VDL curves. |
|
LVPnt0 |
Inside the network boundary equations this is the voltage at which the real power current will fall to zero. |
